Fraud

South Staffordshire PCT Provider Services is required to produce a Quality Account each year. This is an annual report for the public about the quality of the services being provided and gives both a backward look at the performance during the year just ending, as well as identifying the priorities for improvement and plans for action in the coming year.

We want to make sure that the opinions and experiences of our patients and local communities influence the plans that we make for improvement and that our Quality Accounts tell people what they want to know about their community services.

The key area that we report on in the Quality Accounts are :

Patient Safety …... are our patients safe?
Clinical Effectiveness ....do we give the right treatment and tests in the right way?
Patient Experience……..do our patient’s feel cared for, valued and respected?
