Your story will be handled confidentially by Patient Opinion, which is independent of NHS North Staffordshire and the NHS in general. Your story may appear (without your name) on the Patient Opinion website. Patient Opinion will then ask us to respond to the feedback you shared, but will not tell us who you are.
