Burntwood Health Development
South Staffordshire PCT is proposing subject to planning permission to build a new health centre next to Burntwood leisure centre.
Five GP practices, Salter's Meadow, Dr Mr Bhatt (Chasetown Medical Centre), Dr Mrs Bhatt (Springhill Medical Centre), Dr Ahmed's Surgery and Dr Myint & Partners as well as the Burntwood Health and Well - Being Centre and also the PCT Provider Services have agreed to move to the new development.
The PCT has carried out a series of meetings with the intended occupants and statutory and local organisations to seek their views regarding the exterior and interior design of the building. In addition a public consultation event was held on 30th June.
The PCT is applying for planning permission to build the new health development.
The planning consultation period will be for 13 weeks.
